We are advancing a pipeline of biologics that target the activin receptor type II (ActR2) pathway—the only target that is clinically validated to simultaneously reduce body weight, overall and visceral fat, preserve muscle, and drive metabolic remodeling.
Our lead program, FBL-140, is an infrequently dosed ActR2A/B antagonist mAb that is expected to enter the clinic in early 2027. We are also advancing an all-in-one multifunctional conjugate pairing ActR2A/B antagonism with a complementary incretin mimetic.
