Shaping the future of metabolic disease outcomes.

Shaping the future of metabolic disease outcomes.

Our goal is to improve the lives of patients living with obesity and related health conditions. With integrated protein design capabilities and data-driven patient insights, we’re building a pipeline of fully optimized biologics designed to combat metabolic disease.

Obesity is a complex disease.

Obesity is a disease with many contributing environmental, sociocultural, genetic, biological, and behavioral factors. Furthermore, obesity acts as a central risk factor that exacerbates the onset and severity of metabolic, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal comorbidities.

Delivering broad metabolic health.

Nearly every major organ system is affected by obesity-related comorbidities. Obesity is associated with more than 200 medical complications and can reduce productivity while increasing healthcare costs.

While incretin-based therapies have transformed obesity treatment, significant gaps remain—persistent visceral fat, muscle loss, limited restoration of metabolic health, and insufficient weight loss. Tomorrow’s treatment will be focused on addressing these needs for specific patient segments through the design and development of customized medicines that address not only body weight reduction but also healthy body composition.
